What's the difference between semi-custom and fully custom?

Semi-custom pieces begin with one of my existing designs and allow you to personalize select details, such as names, wording, colors, or other elements depending on the product.Fully custom pieces are created specifically for you and your vision from the very beginning. If you have an idea you don't see in the shop, I'd love to hear about it!

Customization options vary from product to product. You'll find all available options listed on the individual product page before you order.If you're looking for changes beyond the options listed, send me a custom inquiry and we can see if a fully custom version might be a better fit.

Do you offer proofs?

For personalized pieces that require your approval, you'll have the opportunity to review a digital proof before your order goes into production.Please take a close look at all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other details when reviewing your proof. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, additional changes may not be possible.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the item and level of customization. You'll find estimated production times on individual product pages, and shipping time should be considered in addition to production time.If you're ordering for a specific event or date, I always recommend giving yourself a little extra time!

What if there's a problem with my order?

I want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue, and I'll be happy to take a look.Because personalized and custom pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or issue with the order.
