Processing Times
Many By Elly Bee pieces are personalized, made to order, or created just for you. Because of this, processing times vary by product.
Estimated processing times will be listed on individual product pages. Please keep in mind that processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping time.
For fully custom projects, an estimated timeline will be provided before your project begins.
Shipping
By Elly Bee currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Domestic orders over $100 ship free.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. By Elly Bee is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping disruptions, but if you're having trouble locating your package, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
